We will combine progressive resistence weight training in a functional manner along with cardiovascular training and nutritional knowlege to give you optimum results. If needed, we can easily adapt the training methods you will learn to help you acheive your lifetime best at your sport of choice.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually evaluate and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals. In a sport oriented program, we will work with a pre-planned periodization schedule so you peak right when you need to. 

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the foods that are required for your optimum health and I will guide you through the process and help you get over hurdles along the way.

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show and teach to you techniques to improve your strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
